HEAVEN FM

After a several year hiatus, Hong Kong Exile presents: HEAVEN FM, a multimedia dance theatre project that is in the final stages of completion.

2018: We try to begin.
2020: National Security Law goes into full effect in Hong Kong.
2022: We lose an ensemble member. We try to begin again.
2024: We climb towards the edge of the universe with radios and headlamps.
2025: Artemis III carries astronauts to lunar south pole for vacation.

Hong Kong Exile’s HEAVEN FM conjures spirit and story through light play and radio frequency. Powered by joy, grief, and lo-fi precarity, it reimagines the funerary. We dance with the unseen and the ever-shifting gravity of loss.
